Michelin “Power Couple”

The Chemel Family

Chef Bruno Chemel, renowned for his innovative French cuisine in Palo Alto, brings his culinary legacy to Le Parc Bistrobar. In 2010, he and his wife, Christie, opened Baumé, earning a Michelin star within a year and maintaining two stars for nine consecutive years. Named a Michelin “Power Couple” in 2019, the Chemels are celebrated for their creativity and dedication to French gastronomy. Continuing the tradition, their son, Antoine Chemel — a Baumé alum — now serves as Sous Chef at Le Parc Bistrobar, infusing the kitchen with modern flair, refined technique, and passion for contemporary French cooking.

We offer a validated valet parking available thru the hotel, $23 for 90 minutes.
